The project spans a 2,113 square meter site and consists of two elegantly designed blocks, housing a total of 30 units. With an architectural style reminiscent of the Garden Loft concept, this endeavor aspires to infuse the area with a new vibrancy. Construction of Loft 30 commenced in May 2017, reflecting a commitment to contemporary living.
