Situated along a vibrant urban axis, this structure functions as a city hotel. In response to the intense traffic conditions, the building has been conceptualized in a shell-like form.



The design prioritizes circulation and primary movement within a centralized framework.
The facade facing the street offers enhanced isolation from the external environment. Conversely, the rear façade—where the entrance is situated—exhibits a more inclusive character, integrating social activity spaces and terrace gardens.
