CASABA
Located in Antalya’s Konyaaltı area, characterized primarily by 3-4 story apartment buildings, the residential complex was designed by Altındal Architecture and AC Bıçaklı Architecture.
Set on a 37-acre site, it features 5,500 m² of commercial space and 313 diverse residential units, reflecting the community's identity in CASABA. The design prioritizes the relationships between spaces of different functions, ensuring a cohesive interaction among them.

The complex is designed to meet the needs of the surrounding area, integrating residential units, commercial functions, sports fields, an indoor gym, a daycare center, hobby rooms, workshops, and covered parking.
Many of these social amenities are located within a central courtyard.
The apartments and living spaces were carefully oriented, with the blocks differentiated according to apartment types.
The design includes three variations—2+1, 3+1, and 4+1—each uniquely arranged across different blocks.
In this dense complex, green spaces have been preserved as much as possible, with careful consideration given to zoning within the compact development.

In the architectural project phase, without any economic concerns, the approaches to spatial formations, the materials used in façade designs, and the finishing details have all reached a level of sophistication far beyond previous examples. We believe this project represents a significant milestone for Antalya, showcasing a commitment to quality and innovation in design.
