The project is strategically positioned at the northern entrance of Antalya, directly opposite the new bus terminal, encompassing a footprint of 12,000 m². When incorporating the surrounding landscaping, the total site area expands to 20,000 m².
The analysis of the programmatic needs reveals a clear separation between public usage units and the internally functioning office spaces, informing the design of the site plan.
The horizontal public facilities are thoughtfully arranged to connect with the vertically oriented office units, linked by a semi-open courtyard that harmoniously integrates with the landscape, enhancing the functional narrative of the architecture.
The office block, composed of north and south-facing workspaces, establishes a prominent presence at the city's northern gateway, becoming a visual landmark from elevated viewpoints throughout the urban fabric. This elevation imparts a distinctive character to the building within the broader context of the city’s scale and texture.
