The program is built on a total area of 200.000 m2.
Anda Barut Collection, family, community, adult, and villa sections constitute the four primary divisions.
With a total of 547 rooms and a capacity of 1154 beds, the property offers diverse holiday experiences facilitated by the spatial arrangement.
Functioning as a dynamic complex, it includes a large amusement park, meeting halls, independent restaurants with varied culinary offerings, concept beaches, and concert areas.

The site plan is inherently dense. However, within the project, we aimed to differentiate functions and accommodation types to create distinct user experiences.
Additionally, it features separate beaches and pools tailored to various restaurants and zones.
In this way, while offering a wide range of alternatives to its guests, the design ensures that different user profiles feel isolated within their own dedicated spaces.
